ATLYSS Character Classes - Complete Overview of Game Classes

Character Classes are the core combat specializations available in ATLYSS. These ATLYSS classes determine the advanced Skills players can master, along with specialized Armor types and Weapons that best suit their combat style.

General Overview of ATLYSS Classes

In ATLYSS, all characters begin their journey as a Novice class. While this starting class offers flexibility, it lacks access to the powerful class-exclusive abilities that define advanced gameplay in ATLYSS.

Upon reaching Level 10 in ATLYSS, players can choose from three specialized advanced classes - Fighter, Mystic, and Bandit. These ATLYSS classes are obtained through Class Tomes from the following mentors: Enok, Angela, and Sally.

Important: Once you consume a Class Tome in ATLYSS, your choice is permanent - choose wisely!

Novice Icon Novice

The Novice class in ATLYSS serves as the foundation for all new adventurers. While it offers balanced capabilities, it cannot access specialized equipment like the King Breastplate or Reaper Gi. However, Novices can still learn essential ATLYSS skills like Siphon Leech and Alacrity.

Fighter Icon Fighter

Fighter is a class focused on up-close, melee-based combat. It unlocks the usage of skills such as Rage and Blood Gush, as well as armors such as Knightguard Halo and Berserker Chestpiece.

Its main attack type is Strength, meaning its attacks are dependent on the player's Attack Power. As such, this class' intended weapons are Melee, Polearms and Heavy Melee.

Mystic Icon Mystic

Mystic is a class focused on the use of magic-based skills. It unlocks the usage of skills such as Cross and Fluxspear, as well as armors such as Jestercast Memory and Magilord Overalls.

Its main attack type is Mind, meaning its attacks are dependent on the player's Magic Power. As such, this class' intended weapons are Scepters and Bells.

Bandit Icon Bandit

Bandit is a class focused on swift attacking & evasiveness. It unlocks the usage of skills such as Pay Day and Mist Veil, as well as armors such as Glyphgrift Halo and Fuguefall Duster.

Its main attack type is Dexterity, meaning its attacks are dependent on the player's Dex Power. As such, this class' intended weapons are Katars and Ranged.

Trivia

  • The permanence of a player's class choice is intentional - this is to encourage the creation of more than one character.
